Shipping Policy

When completing your order, please double check that your billing, shipping, and email addresses are all correct and include all required information.


CAPE IRON will not accept nor assume liability nor responsibility for lost, damaged, incorrectly delivered shipments, shipments that were not delivered and/or shipments delivered to incorrect addresses.

It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping carrier for packages that have been lost in transit or that were not delivered.

All items are PRE-ORDER which will ship approximately 2 to 3 weeks after your purchase order and will include a tracking number once shipped. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as postal and/or custom delays.
